Shipping policy

We ship for free worldwide for all orders above 100€ .
For orders below 100€, the shipping costs are 12€ inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU

With our trusted carriers Fedex and DPD we guarantee the best delivery service directly from Italy to your step door. According to our estimates, you will have your favorite Vestieri creations  in 3-4 business days.  Please wait a couple of additional days in case of personalized products.

Return policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products or their size, you can either return them to us and receive a refund or exchange them based on stock availability, all within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product. The process is easy for all orders.
In case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once. However, you will have to pay for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).
In case of returns without exchanges, we will withhold from the reimbursement the cost for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thehoomie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@vestieri.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized goods or sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
